Adams West Homeowners Association, founded in 1981, is home to 248 residences. Located in the far Northwest corner of Rochester Hills, Michigan in Oakland County, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming family friendly neighborhood.
 
One of our favorite neighborhood features is Monticello Park, where we have a small playground and large open area for social events. With some of the top schools in the state plus local shopping, parks, biking & walking trails and more right around the corner, we have everything you need to call home right in your "backyard."
